Eight passes in total: Stelvio, Flüela, Julier, San Bernardino, Gotthard, Furka, Grimsel, and Col de l'Iseran. The Iseran at 2,770m is the highest paved mountain pass in Europe — and somehow September gave almost nothing but clear skies for the whole trip.
